So, users are strictly advised to check and verify the amount before proceeding to payment process. Any dispute/Claims related to misunderstanding will not be entertained.

No amount will be refunded in any manner if member has made online payment and cancelled the services. In some fair cases, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Punjab can decide to adjust the among against that particular user's account only. The department will not be liable, in case of any transaction failure.

Only amount received by Department of Health & Family Welfare, Punjab (SMHA) will be adjusted. Internet charges, transaction charges or any other associated charges will not be adjusted in any case.

Amount paid by user will be total amount payable to Department of Health & Family Welfare, Punjab (SMHA) and online transaction charges charged by our Payment Gateway Partner.
